Covid -19 Requirements
By booking a table at Tharavadu, you are agreeing to follow the below guidelines in awake of Covid -19
- Anyone with Covid-19 symptoms will not be allowed into the restaurant and we request anyone with Covid-19 symptoms to not to book a table for next 14 days.
- You are allowed into the restaurant only up on received by a staff at the entrance.
- You are requested to use Hand sanitising stations across the restaurants as and when necessary.
- Every person entering the premises are required to sanitise their hands using the sanitising gel at the entrance.
- We encourage contactless payments wherever possible.
- We take only bookings and no walk-in customers will be allowed until they provide enough contact details.
- All customers data will be stored securely under GDPR rules at least for 30 days in case, they required by the NHS track and trace team.
- We will be using disposable menus at the table. You can order using a QR code available on the table.
- We will be strictly following the social distancing policies of the government for restaurants.
- Bookings are taken into different time slots to avoid queues and congestion.
- There will be only table service available until further notice.
- Customers are requested to spend their time to the respected table while in the premises.
- The flow of the customers inside the restaurant are marked and you are requested to follow them strictly while on premises.
- Takeaway collections and Deliveroo collections are not allowed inside the premises. They will be dealt at the entrance.
- There is a hand sanitising station outside every toilet and customers are hereby requested to effective handwashing while on the premises.
- Customers who are accompanied by children are reminded that they are responsible for supervising them always and should follow social distancing guidelines.

We kindly request that you keep to the table time requested. If you are unavoidably late, please contact us as we may only be able to hold your table for 15 minutes. Please note our return time for dinner is two and half hour and lunch are one hour from the time the table is reserved. If you need more time for your visit, please mention that while booking the table.

Guests who wish to cancel or rearrange a reservation are required to give 24 hours' notice prior to arrival. For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, our cancellation policy is to charge £5 per person for dinner reservations and £2 per person for lunch reservations.
We don't have any parking spaces as you are advised to use nearby parking facilities available.
