Covid -19 Requirements

By booking a table at Tharavadu, you are agreeing to follow the below guidelines in awake of Covid -19

• Anyone with Covid-19 symptoms will not be allowed into the restaurant and we request anyone with Covid-19 symptoms to not to book a table for the next 14 days.
• You are allowed into the restaurant only upon receiving a staff at the entrance.
• You are requested to use Hand sanitising stations across the restaurants as and when necessary.
• Every person entering the premises is required to sanitize their hands using the sanitizing gel at the entrance.
• We encourage contactless payments wherever possible.
• We take only bookings and no walk-in customers will be allowed until they provide enough contact details.
• All customers data will be stored securely under GDPR rules at least for 30 days in case they are required by the NHS track and trace team.
• We will be using disposable menus at the table. You can order using a QR code available on the table.
• We will be strictly following the social distancing policies of the government for restaurants.
• Bookings are taken into different time slots to avoid queues and congestion.
• There will be only table service available until further notice.
• Customers are requested to spend their time at the respected table while in the premises.
• The flow of the customers inside the restaurant are marked and you are requested to follow them strictly while on premises.
• Takeaway collections and Deliveroo collections are not allowed inside the premises. They will be dealt at the entrance.
• There are hand sanitizing stations outside every toilet and customers are hereby requested to effective handwashing while on the premises.
• Customers who are accompanied by children are reminded that they are responsible for supervising them always and should follow social distancing guidelines.

Booking is advisable every day and restaurant reservations can be made by telephone on 0113 244 0500 or email to info@tharavadurestaurants.com or via this website. Please note that this not a live booking system. The table booked through the website must be confirmed via a return email.
Sample menus and our wine list are available to view online at www.tharavadurestaurants.com. Please inform us of any special dietary requirements (mention about it while placing order with the service person) or requests for special occasions at the time of booking.
We kindly request that you keep to the table time requested. If you are unavoidably late, please contact us as we may only be able to hold your table for 15 minutes. Please note our return time for dinner is two and half hour and lunch are one hour from the time the table is reserved. If you need more time for your visit, please mention that while booking the table.
By continuing to book a table with us here, you are agreeing to provide us with your name, telephone number to contact you for further information if in case needed and a valid e-mail to confirm the booking. Please note that we do not share these information’s with any third parties and we may contact you in the future with our own offers and news and for TripAdvisor reviews. Tharavadu will confirm your reservation by email in return. We kindly request that you keep to the table time requested. If you are unavoidably late, please contact us as we may only be in a position to hold your table for 15 minutes. Please note our return time for dinner is two hours and lunch are one hour from the time the table is reserved. If you need more time for your visit, please mention that wile booking the table.
Guests who wish to cancel or rearrange a reservation are required to give 24 hours' notice prior to arrival. For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, our cancellation policy is to charge £5 per person for dinner reservations and £2 per person for lunch reservations.

We don't have any parking spaces as you are advised to use nearby parking facilities available.
